Delivery Protection

Delivery Protection covers the two things our standard guarantee does not: a parcel that is lost in transit, and a parcel that is stolen after it is marked delivered.

If either happens, email us and we will send a replacement or refund you in full. Furova pays for this directly. There are no claim forms and nothing to fill in beyond your order number.

This is a guarantee provided by Furova, not an insurance product, and it is entirely optional. Items that arrive damaged or defective are already covered free of charge under the 30-Day Furova Happiness Guarantee whether or not you add this.
