Shipping policy

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 7 to 14 business days after processing. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates may take 2 to 3 days to appear after the label is created.

Duties and Taxes

All orders ship with duties and import fees covered. You will never be asked to pay additional charges on delivery.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us at getfortis@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days and we will work with you to resolve the issue, including sending a replacement where appropriate.

Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
