Refund policy

30-Day Damage & Defect Replacement Policy

We want every FORTIS order to arrive in proper working condition.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at getfortis@gmail.com so we can review the issue and help make it right.

To start a damage or defect claim, please email us with:

- Your order number
- A clear photo or video showing the issue
- A photo of the product packaging
- A photo of the shipping label, if available
- A short description of the problem

Once we receive your claim, our team will review the information provided. If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement unit.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or items that are no longer wanted after delivery.

Because FORTIS is a personal-use wellness product, returns are only accepted for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Return Shipping

If a return is required, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Replacement Process

For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement unit.

In some cases, we may ask you to return the original item before a replacement is processed. If a replacement is approved, we will provide instructions by email.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind returns.

If a replacement is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion after reviewing the claim.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

- Items that have been used beyond inspection or normal testing
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
- Items returned without approval
- Items outside the 30-day claim window
- Sale items or gift cards
